Strategy Manager

Partner with the Global Director of Transformation and Strategy (TSO) to advance key strategic initiatives for the FCSD global organization including: design and evolution of the FCSD strategic roadmap, delivery of key customer focused programs that drive customer satisfaction, reduce cost and help grow the business. Oversee transformation programs that drive a step change in business capabilities. 

You'll have... 

Bachelor’s Degree required 3+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, product planning or similar 2+ years of experience in project management or project milestone deliverables

Even better, you may have...

MBA preferred Automotive industry, purchasing or capacity planning and/or Product Management experience  Comfortable working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis Ability to break down complex tasks or requirements into simpler, more manageable tasks Delivers results consistently even under tough circumstances Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization Experience leading cross-functional teams Aptitude to recognize roadblocks and escalate issues as needed Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions.  Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and provide results Strong planning and execution skills with a focus on delivery Comfort interacting with and presenting to leaders High energy self-starter with ability to take ownership and deliver results with minimal direction Ability and courage to effectively communicate key issues and recommendations to senior management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong analytical skills including ability to collect & quickly analyze market data and consumer data Demonstrated capability of oral/written presentation skills – able to represent a concise point of view and communicate ideas clearly

What you'll do...

Manage key strategic initiatives within the FCSD TSO organization & fill the pipeline with future high-impact strategic projects Act as a point of contact for the FCSD TSO team; ensure common understanding of key priorities across different functions Take a customer-focused approach to framing the business opportunity for new products and services Actively support and/or lead multiple projects including development of detailed tasks, milestones, objectives, scope, and timing Apply consumer insights, competitive intelligence, regulatory and market trends to see opportunities to improve existing or create new products and services Lead cross-FCSD strategic initiatives, including development of detailed project scope, landmarks, objectives / deliverables, and timing Collect, analyze, and interpret data to form actionable insights Make high impact reccomendations to the FCSD leadership team on key insights and opportunities to grow the business
