Your role

Lead cross-SBU commercial excellence projects, focusing on sales process optimization and digitalization.

Advise solution development based on industry’s best practices and internal experience, ensuring fit-for-purpose design for workflow selling.

Regularly report project progress to SBU leads and executive board members.

Drive implementation and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring alignment with group-wide initiatives like NextGen CRM, Fit4, and others.

Identify and embed opportunities for automation, AI, and data-driven improvements in sales processes.

Establish Deal Desk concepts and related processes to support scalable, efficient deal approvals.

Actively manage change communication and track project progress against defined KPIs, ensuring long-term adoption through structured change management.

Your profile

Master’s degree, preferably in business, natural sciences, engineering, or related field; an MBA or executive MBA is a plus

Several years of experience in consulting, (strategic) sales roles or product management, ideally within the healthcare sector

Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset

Proven track-record of managing complex strategic projects within a matrix organization

Previous experience in strategic functions, demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving

Ability to effectively partner with all organizational levels and achieve alignment in a complex stakeholder environment

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; willingness to travel internationally
