Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:You support the development and implementation of key strategic projects and plans for Siemens Healthineers together with the Strategy and M&A team as well as with our BusinessIn your project team, you develop strategies for organic and inorganic execution of strategic initiativesYou work in international projects to address and answer strategic questions of the Executive Management boardResearch and Analysis:You analyze internal business data to identify areas for improvement and new growth opportunitiesYou conduct in-depth analyses on key trends and dynamics (market, technologies, competitors, patients, etc.) and deriving actionable recommendationsYou support in the creation of business forecasts and financial modelsProject Management: You oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed. You manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure strategy executionCollaboration: You work with cross-functional teams from Business Areas, Horizontals, Functions and Regions to drive and enable the implementation of strategic projects and plansReporting and Presentation: You prepare materials and reports for executives and senior stakeholders

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed a degree in natural sciences, engineering (preferably with a medical focus), or business, ideally with a subsequent doctorate or MBAYou have several years of relevant experience in strategy development in healthcare, ideally from a top tier management consulting firm or from a corporate roleYou have a proven track record in the development and implementation on strategic initiatives on level of a global multinational corporateYou are experienced in financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive analysisIdeally you have experience in establishing strategic partnerships with external partners


Your attributes and skills:

You are a strategic and creative thinker with a curious mindsetYou have the ability to analyze, synthesize and present complex information in a clear, timely, concise, and effective mannerYou have very good English-language skills (written, oral, negotiations) and are confident within an international environment; ideally you are able to communicate in German as well
