What you'll do We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive data strategy and operational efficiency within our sales organization. You will assist sales teams with outstanding company data, support partners as a consultant, implement data solutions A proven ability to deliver insights that influence business outcomes. You’ll collaborate across teams to optimize processes, build executive-level content, and support strategic data initiatives as well as have excellent people management skills to manage a highly qualified team of analysts. In this role you will drive strategic decisions, GTM design, business planning, sales optimization, and operational excellence. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, GTM Strategy & Operations. Responsibility Manage query, extract, and analyze datasets from systems like Snowflake, Tableau to evaluate sales performance and pipeline health Derive actionable insights from complex data and present findings to collaborators Build scalable data solutions to provide clean and accurate company and contact master data Build content and decks for division and executives regarding data solutions and impacts Monitor and report on data quality health Write policies and standard operating procedures to clean the data Partner with sales, partner and marketing operations & leadership to provide the solutions through clean and accurate data Build and refine operational models to support annual planning Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Development, Product, Sales and Finance, to align on strategies and achieve shared objectives Partner with leadership to deliver data-driven insights in executive-level presentations and dashboards Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 8+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or technology industries Proficiency in SQL (experience with Snowflake preferred), advanced Excel modeling, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Familiarity with pipeline KPIs, sales processes, and marketing metrics Demonstrated ability to create and deliver executive-level decks with a focus on storytelling and data visualization Proven experience identifying and implementing operational efficiencies to optimize data workflows Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field Preferred Strong ability to analyze large datasets and transform them into actionable business insights Deep understanding of sales and marketing metrics, data management, and data clean up processes Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Salesforce and other GTM Systems experience Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools Familiarity with MDM (eg Reltio) Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively Strong people management skills Excellent executive presence with demonstrated ability to build digestible messaging executive Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
