About the team + role

Robinhood’s Money team is building the next generation of banking and spending products for all Americans, starting with jaw-dropping Credit Cards. Our team members drive never-before-seen products and features from concept to launch to hyperscale.

As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in working on initiatives to support existing products and businesses, and driving growth through building new products and businesses. You will be collaborating closely with key external partners, as well as our internal teams including: Engineering, Finance, Product and Legal teams to push forward key initiatives.

What you’ll do Drive growth through building new products and businesses. Figure out how to get from 0 to 1–then actually make it happen. Support onboarding of new partners, working cross-functionally at Robinhood with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Product and others Identify and implement initiatives with strategic partners; partnering with internal teams to increase operational effectiveness, improve economics, and drive product-wide change Manage monthly vendor costs, vendor communications, and create monthly reports on key KPIs Shape and define strategy based on quantitative and qualitative data What you bring 5+ years of experience, preferably with a fast-growing tech startup or top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships both within and outside the organization. Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize key initiatives and operational tasks. Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, and/or SQL Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize and juggle multiple projects Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Technology, Financial Services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous Bachelor’s degree or equivalent What we offer

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
