Job Description The Strategy and Planning Analyst will be a critical member of the Revenue Growth Office (RGO) within the Strategy and Planning team focused on driving enterprise-wide revenue growth through data analysis and strategic projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the team that is a core part of executing on our growth strategy and targets. We are seeking a candidate with a core set of skills around designing, executing, and maintaining our focus on revenue with the use of reporting and analytical tools to translate trends, findings, and anomalies into meaningful recommendations for the business and decision-makers. The candidate that joins our team will have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the team’s strategic roadmap through the development of infrastructure and insight, translating to business impact. This role will play a key part in addressing an increasingly complex set of business problems for key insights and better informed decision-making by our Executive teams. Key Responsibilities*: Own and optimize existing reporting frameworks that track and analyze key commercial metrics (bookings, revenue, margin) across the enterprise, continuously improving the process to enhance insight generation and stakeholder value Drive and enhance established forecasting processes to predict business performance, refining methodologies to better identify potential risks and opportunities that impact target attainment Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of performance variations, quantify impact of key drivers, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership Own and optimize the end-to-end process of performance tracking and reporting, including dashboard development, data validation, and insight generation Develop and present executive-level reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex analyses and recommendations to various stakeholders Partner with commercial leadership and Business Units to translate analytical insights into strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and margin improvement Lead or play a key role in cross-functional projects focused on improving commercial performance, including initiative development, implementation planning, and impact measurement Demonstrate strong technical acumen and curiosity to research, evaluate, and champion new technologies and tools that can enhance RGO processes; leverage programming knowledge (SQL, Python, etc.) or collaborate with technology teams to build automation solutions; and stay current with AI developments to identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and predictive analytics Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the commercial team and Business Units to ensure alignment on performance metrics and drive accountability for results Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in reporting and analysis workflows Support ad hoc strategic initiatives and functional responsibilities as needed, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities * Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs, reflecting the dynamic nature of the Strategy and Planning function. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree a plus 3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or similar roles with demonstrated track record of driving data-driven decisions Advanced Excel proficiency required; experience with Salesforce (particularly Analytics Studio) strongly preferred Expert-level PowerPoint skills with ability to create compelling, executive-ready presentations and visualizations Strong technical aptitude with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); experience with programming languages (SQL, Python, or similar) preferred Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to (1) Translate complex data into actionable insights; (2) Identify key drivers of business performance; (3) Develop and test hypotheses; (4) Make data-driven recommendations Outstanding project management capabilities, including experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and meeting tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to: (1) Present to and influence senior stakeholders; (2) Build strong cross-functional relationships; (3) Facilitate collaborative problem-solving; (4) Communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely Self-starter mentality with proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment Forward-thinking mindset with enthusiasm for learning and implementing new technologies and process improvements Experience in revenue growth, sales analytics, or commercial operations preferred Benefits We’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $81,000 - $100,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
