**About the Role** We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Associate to support the Uber for Business team. In this role you will work on some of our most critical business problems, driving Business Intelligence, Analytics and Strategic Programs for Uber for Business. The ideal candidate is self-driven and able to operate with a high degree of independence. You are highly adapt with numbers and there is a strong preference for advanced level SQL **What the Candidate Will Do:** - Business Analytics: You will provide Analytics support for the Strategy & Planning team as well as Operations - including building and maintaining dashboards, conducting deep dives into specific business problems and supporting business reviews - Program Management: Drive critical programs for Uber for Business - Planning & Investments: Support annual financial planning, Strategic planning, GTM Strategy and help size and prioritize investment choices **What the Candidate Will Need / Basic Qualifications:** - 2+ years of relevant work experience from (Tech Strategy or Operations role, Consulting, Investment Banking) - Strong Problem Solving & Data skills. - Advanced level SQL or proven ability to pick-up new programing languages quickly - Strong Communication skills - Self-starter with can-do attitude able to see projects through from inception to conclusion with a high degree of independence **Preferred Qualifications /****Bonus Points?** - Experience with GoogleSheets and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker) - Experience from working effectively cross-functionally in a matrix organization We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
