Strategy & Planning Manager I, Performance Marketing
**About the Role** The Strategy & Planning team within Performance Marketing aims to empower the organization through a unified strategy and actionable insights - to drive growth, innovation, and elevate organizational success. We are looking for a professional with excellent planning & organization, stakeholder management and communication skills to join the Strategy & Planning team. The ideal candidate will closely work with CRM, Paid and Organic teams, lead cross-functional programs and act as a liaison to partner teams to drive organizational efficiency. **What You'll Do** - **Program Management:** Manage complex cross-functional strategic programs within Performance Marketing that can focus either on our Mobility or Delivery lines of business - **Documentation:** Establish consistent and high quality documentation standards on key strategic initiatives across functions as part of our Centre of Excellence - **Operational effectiveness:** Connect and provide guidance to channel-specific operational partners as it pertains to ways of working, roles and responsibilities, processes and workflows - **Communications:** Support key internal Performance Marketing communications to promote connection, exchange and flow of information among channel teams and main stakeholders **Basic Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, strategy and planning or program management - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing - Understanding of Performance Marketing or CRM as a function and how it can contribute to business goals **Preferred Qualifications** - Ability to drive multiple projects at the same time to on-time completion - Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you derive priorities, requirements, and goals from company context - Good interpersonal skills: experience managing successfully with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Good organizational skills & attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, initiative, & proactive planning - Clear, concise communication skills - Critical thinker who is able to solve business problems and communicate solutions in an engaging way to cross-functional teams - Experience in high-paced globally distributed organizations For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
