Job Description:
HP is seeking a Strategy & Planning Principal for the Personal Systems Supply Chain team. In this role, you will work side by side with the leadership team to drive an effective operating cadence across the organization including strategic alignment and direction of the business. Additionally, the Strategy & Planning Principal will lead both ad hoc and strategic projects on an as-needed basis – anything that is needed to keep the organization running smoothly and to ensure the team is working towards the same objectives/outcomes. Specifically, we are looking for a strong leader that can manage/direct while proactively building program management and executional capability in others. The position organizes and drives critical strategic projects. The leader and their team will design and implement strategy to transform the Manufacturing organization, re-engineer processes, implement tools to simplify activities.

Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. MBA preferredTypically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in strategy, consulting, supply chain, operations, or a related field.Knowledge and Skills:

Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
