Conducts strategic analyses and contributes to strategic development.This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. The Neuro Angiography KOL Strategy Professional is a remote, hybrid role on the ANGIO team with responsibility for managing both Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Clinical Affairs projects focused on Neurointervention & Neurosurgery. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Help develop and execute the Neuro KOL strategy in conjunction with the North American (NAM) Angiography marketing team.Cultivate collaborative relationships with current and future Neurointervention/Neurosurgery thought leaders in NAM.Develop strategy to identify and develop strategic physician partners and work across the organization to create engagement plans that align to business objectives, maximize partner strengths and interests.Participate in the planning, evaluation and execution of clinical research studies in support of Angiography team initiatives.Lead and execute clinical symposia, advisory boards and/or user groups for comprehensive market research and generate compelling market insights based on research, data, and feedbackThis position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers
Work effectively and foster relationships within cross-functional teams, including colleagues from sales, marketing, education and R&D.Comfortable discussing complex topics with individuals across a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.Liaise with new product development team and others including regulatory, clinical, marketing, and external collaborators to develop and commercialize solutions.Effectively engage directly with Neuro thought leaders to promote Siemens Healthineers initiatives to include: congresses, physician visits, and as needed on projects. Exhibit flexibility acting as a core member of the Angio team to ensure customer expectations are met.Excelent presentation skills in the customer environment and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation.Required skills to have for the success of this role
Bachelor’s degree (preferred), or equivalent experience.Deep knowledge of North American Neurointerventional market, trends, and clinical/technical needs specific to interventional imaging systems.Ability to establish relationships with key opinion leaders on national stage.
