**Strategy & Program Development Director – LTSS** **Location:** The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Wisconsin Elevance Health PulsePoint locations. The **Strategy & Program Development Director – LTSS** will be responsible for coordinating the relationship of the Wisconsin business unit with internal and external partners to ensure growth and compliance. This role maintains accountability for the administration and performance of the WI Family Care and Family Care Partnership waivers **How you will make an impact:** + External facing in collaboration with Plan President (and Government Relations) works with state partners to act as a liaison, drives strategy for programs, recommendations for changes, manages new requirements, collaborates with Service Coordination and national LTSS team to execute on initiatives/innovations and mitigate trends. + Responsible for monitoring performance for the WI LTSS program across financial, clinical, LTSS network and operational key performance indicators. + This role acts as a liaison between the health plan and the national LTSS team. + Responsible for communicating successes, documenting best practices, and ensuring preparation for RFPs and RFIs in a proactive approach for SWOTs (strengths, weaknesses, Opportunities, and threats) thus supporting the work needed in collaboration with the RFP Development Director (s) (ongoing pre capture) + Monitors related legislation and advises senior management relative to compliance. + Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities. + Assists in creating company's strategic and annual plans. + Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. **Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:** + LTSS experience strongly preferred. + Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry strongly preferred. + MBA preferred.
