• Support adaptation of VF Group strategy to local context through coordination of strategic initiatives by setting a definitive roadmap,
• Conduct continuous market research, and analyze global best practices in telecom/digital world to be shared top management
• Closely make competition benchmarking in local and global context focusing both core telecom business and different line of businesses,
• Coordinate future-proof and cross functional workstreams across the company in line with the company’s long-term strategic roadmap
• Establish/review key strategic priorities, and translate them into actionable plans
• Organize internal and external meetings participated by Executive Committee
• Manage internal meetings in quarterly basis, and annual strategy workshop with ExCo and Leadership Team (VOLT)
• Report and track One Company Target (OCT) KPIs reported regularly to ExCo. Work closely with all departments to set major KPIs,
• Follow-up the status of VFTR OCT KPIs for ExCo and VOLT,
• Coordinate the preparation of agenda and content of quarterly in-country review meetings together with all relevant teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business adm, economics, industrial engineering or similar discipline.
• Business consultancy background would be a great asset.
• Excellent presentation/communication skills
• Track record in creative thinking/vision and successful execution of projects with high impacts
• Very collaborative approach and communication skills with different stakeholders
• Can manage through ambiguity and a complex matrix environment
