The Opportunity
Qurate Streaming is looking for a Data & Analytics Lead to drive data strategy, governance, and analytics programs across the organization. You will understand data management, analytics, and business intelligence, and the ability to translate data insights into applicable business strategies. You will report to the Head of Data & Analytics.
Your Impact
We are looking for an experienced Data and Analytics Lead to lead our data management and analytics programs. You will help structure our data processes, leading analytics projects, and generating relevant insights that inspire our performance.
What you will do
Develop the data enablement strategy, including data governance, data quality, and data management frameworks.Collaborate with internal Enterprise Data Management team and external data providers (Conviva) to ensure seamless integration of data systems and tools, and improve the data infrastructure for scalability and performance.Oversee the collection, storage, management, quality, and integrity of data across the streaming organization.Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.Maintain data models and architecture.Design and implement reporting solutions to allow partners to manage the business and make decisions.Monitor existent metrics, building new metrics, and partnering with our teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.Support teams on the daily work of the existent program implementation.What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in data management, data analytics, or a related field, with at least3-5 years in a leadership role.Knowledge of SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Proficiency with Databricks and Google Analytics.Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.Experience building and maintaining automated forecasting models, using regression or statistical methodologies.#LI-LC4, #Hybrid
For New York City based roles only: The annual gross base salary range for this position is $101K to $185K. Salary ranges are general guideline only, and actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications and geographic location and business and market conditions.
