The STREET TEAM is responsible for representing the company to guests and potential guests in order to increase awareness at various locations and events around the city, project a positive brand image, generate excitement with the effect of increased sales opportunities and increased guest loyalty. Street Teamers present a friendly and energetic image to further the overall theme of the Cafe. The Street Team is the face of the Cafe outside of our building, acting as Ambassadors on the streets and must work independently at targeted areas on the streets to drive visitors to the Cafe. Street Teamers maintain and understand general venue and company knowledge, including upcoming events, company initiatives, hours of operation and Philanthropic initiatives. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS
Must be at least 19 yearsHigh School diploma or GED1 year Marketing/Street Team experience in related fieldSKILLS
