This role is on-site, so you should be comfortable commuting to Fort Worth. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Analyst to join our clients Dynamic Components Structures group. This team ensures the structural integrity of Blades, Rotors, and Transmission/Drive Systems for the next generation of vertical lift aircraft. The role involves a range of responsibilities, including:Performing conceptual, preliminary, and detailed structural analysis using classical methods and finite element analysis (FEA) software like ANSYS.Calculating Margin of Safety and conducting fatigue analysis to determine component retirement times for both metallic and composite structures.Conducting modal, buckling, crack propagation, and thermal analysis.Collaborating with Design, Materials & Process, and Test Engineers to drive innovative solutions.Creating detailed structural substantiation reports to support drawing releases and certification efforts.What You Bring:ANSYS experience is required.Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in structural analysis.Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Comprehensive understanding of loading and dynamics in mechanical assemblies.High motivation, competitive spirit, and ownership of commitments to meet and exceed objectives.Excellent communication and technical writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Datrose is an equal opportunity employer.
