About the Advanced Structures Team:
Our Advanced Structures team uses innovative materials and cutting-edge technology to create thoughtful, safe, and reliable solutions that ensure the structural integrity of aircraft. These solutions help the aircraft take off, land, stay stable in the air, and safely carry cargo, all while contributing to rescue operations. We take pride in delivering exceptional products and outstanding service to our customers. What you will do:

Evaluate and design repairs for structural components, ensuring compliance with certification requirements and Airworthiness Authority regulations with careful attention to detail.Create structural substantiation for repairs and modifications, ensuring all solutions are safe, reliable, and compliant.Work with composite materials, repair design practices, and structural substantiation methods (both hand calculations and computer-based analysis), always focusing on quality and accuracy.Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, including EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property, and International Trade Compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using MathCAD, FEA, and analysis software (e.g., Patran and Nastran).A passion for working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, where communication, cooperation, and shared goals are valued.A background in aeronautical or mechanical engineering, with relevant experience in a similar environment, where attention to detail and thoroughness are essential.A commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued.
