Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Stress Engineer to join our team. This role involves applying expertise in structural analysis to ensure the integrity and compliance of aerospace structures. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design, manufacturing, and post-delivery phases to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Apply knowledge of structural analysis (e.g., materials technology, finite element modeling, static analysis, fatigue analysis, damage tolerance analysis, thermal analysis, vibration analysis, structural testing, etc.) to determine structural adequacy for customer requirements and regulatory compliance; and to collaborate on structural design, manufacturing, and post-delivery of productsAreas of expertise may include primary and secondary structural analysisCandidates are expected to perform as individual contributors within a team environment.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Experience:5–8 years with a Bachelor’s degree3–6 years with a Master’s degree0–3 years with a Ph.D.Familiarity with detailed FEA, CATIA V5 or similar tools, and classical structural analysis techniques using free body diagrams and internal loads model dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in structural analysis tools and software.Experience working with aerospace structures and regulatory compliance requirements.
