PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dedicated Aerospace Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the high standards and safety of our aerospace products.

Job Title:  Structural Assembler 
Job Type: Full time; Consultant (3 months)
Location:  Sylmar, CA 91342
Schedule:  Monday to Friday;  2ND SHIFT (9/80 SCHEDULE)
Pay Rate: $26.10 to $32.78  per hour

 

Responsibilities:

Perform assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems.

Utilize manual operations for assembling equipment and accessories.

Successfully complete all required training as a condition of employment.

Navigate and utilize computer systems for work-related tasks.

Top Required Skills/Qualifications:

Wire Routing

Adhesive Application Experience

Schematic Drawing Experience

Drawing and Schematic Reading

Aircraft or Structural Experience

Safety Conscious

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Soldering

Welding

Semiconductor Experience

Requirements:

Must be computer literate and able to navigate computer systems/MS Office Excel and Word.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.

Experience in aircraft or structural assembly.

Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures.

Pay Details: $26.10 to $32.78 per hour
