Structural Building Engineering - Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Perform and supervise junior engineers in the performance of structural analysis and design for assigned projects within established budgetsProduce and oversee the preparation of calculations, plans, details, and notes in conjunction with the production of structural construction documentsCoordinate structural construction documents (drawings, details, dimensions, general notes, and specifications) with documents prepared by other project team members (architect, MEP engineer, etc.)Attend meetings and perform field surveys and site visits as neededPerform construction phase tasks. Supervise and/or perform shop drawing review, answer contractor questions, and perform construction phase site visits (including preparation of site visit reports)Maintain and improve client relationships and relationships with other consultantsConsistently meet client schedulesObtain repeat work from clients

Qualifications:

2+ years of Project Management experience. Must be able to manage junior engineers and coordinate with multiple outside consultants.7+ years of Structural design. Experience should include new buildings, renovations, and additionsExperience with the design of structural repairs is a plusProficient in AutoCAD and/or REVIT
