Job Title: Structural DesignerJob Description We are seeking a skilled Structural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform drafting on products, ensure manufacturability, and coordinate with the sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of structural design, Solidworks or 3D CAD, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities + Perform drafting on products using CAD-based software. + Work with the production floor to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently. + Coordinate with the sales team to align product design with client requirements. + Utilize knowledge of design and drafting principles to create accurate technical drawings. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Essential Skills + Experience with structural design and drafting in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in Solidworks or other 3D CAD software. + Associate degree in Mechanical/Architectural Drafting, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience and training. + Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to generating new ideas. + Excellent attention to detail. + Ability to adapt to frequent changes, manage competing demands, and handle delays or unexpected events while maintaining completion dates. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in CAD-based drafting software. + Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills. Work Environment This position is based in an office environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
