Your Role

 

Guide and support the cross-functional technical team, managing the full project lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery; Oversee the technical outputs of the tower engineering team, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution in partnership with procurement teams and suppliers; Coordinate communication among stakeholders, including senior technical leaders, contractors, and project teams, to maintain alignment and manage expectations effectively; Proactively identify and address project risks, collaborating with team members and project managers to escalate challenges and implement solutions as necessary; Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while championing sustainable practices throughout the project. Your Profile

 

7 years of industry experience in technical leadership roles within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors; 5 years of experience collaborating with global teams, with a strong ability to adapt to local regulations and cultural nuances to ensure seamless project execution; 4 years of hands-on experience with stage-gate models and project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Jira, along with a solid understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies; Master’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; Fluent English (written and spoken); Proven expertise in tower design and construction, with comprehensive knowledge of the full lifecycle, including transportation, construction, and maintenance processes; Strong leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex projects; Skilled at fostering stakeholder relationships, providing clear project updates, and ensuring transparency across all stages of the project lifecycle; Strategic decision-making focused on collaborative problem-solving and balancing technical, time, and budget constraints effectively; Highly adaptable to diverse cultural contexts, with a deep understanding of the dynamics involved in working with international teams.
