Responsible for coordinating the CV medical staff and interdisciplinary team to best serve the clinical and emotional needs of the structural heart, peripheral arterial, and complex coronary disease patients. Process includes active participation and partial or complete engagement in the following: patient clinical assessment, echo/imaging review, cath film review, outside record management, communication with patient's and families, coordination and communication with CT surgeons and Interventional Cardiology, anesthesia/cath lab/OR organization, patient data organization, TVT/LAAO registry management, patient education, continuous self-education, economic analysis of the program, quality assurance/improvement of the program, and marketing of program to community.
