In this role you will get to supervise and inspect the structural works related to the Project. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Inspects site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works. + Give practical advise on constructional matters. + Inspect construction, including temporary, works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements. + Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc. + Direct Inspectors and ensure performance. + Assist in or measure work done when required. + Observe site safety procedures. + Assist in preparation of “as-built” drawings. + Assist with inspection of completed works, prepare sang lists and handover to operating authority. + Documents nonconformance and may participate in determining appropriate resolution. + May provide technical guidance to lower-level inspectors. + Performs work in safe manner and is cognizant of public safety. + Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor Degree in Civil, or Structural Engineering with minimum 5 years related construction supervision experience. + Or Diploma in Civil, or Structural Engineering with minimum 8 years related construction supervision experience. + Project experience in **multistoried carparks or similar or similar construction buildings** is mandatory. + Preferably with related work experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE, or GCC in an engineering consulting firm. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Knowledge and experience using computer software. + Good oral and written communication skills. + Ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff. + Commitment to safe work practices.
