Summary: Seeking a Structural Mechanic II to assemble and fit structural assemblies, ensuring precision and quality in line with company standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Ability to read and interpret blueprints, 6" scale, and perform basic shop math

Preferred Skills:

1 year of related structural assembly experience Experience with Solumina and Smarteam Graduates of the Savannah Tech Aircraft Structures Technical Certificate Program may receive one year of experience credit

Responsibilities:

Assemble and fit detail parts and structures, performing drilling and riveting tasks Use portable riveting guns, pneumatic guns, drills, countersinks, files for assembly Follow blueprints, work orders, sketches for sequence of operations Inspect work to ensure defect-free assembly prior to final inspection Keep accurate logs such as MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs Align and assemble parts using jigs, clamps, pins for precise assembly Maintain a clean and organized work area in support of the company's 5S Program

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
