**Job Title: Structural Steel Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled welder with experience in welding/fitting structural steel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read blueprints, handle heavy lifting, and work with both large and small steel parts. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding tasks with structural steel parts. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. + Handle heavy lifting and maneuvering of steel parts. + Utilize measuring tools for precise fitting. + Work with MIG welding techniques. + Contribute to the fabrication of various steel structural products. **Essential Skills** + Experience with structural steel fitting. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency in using measuring tools. + Capability to handle heavy lifting. + Knowledge of MIG welding techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-5 years of welding experience. + Experience in a fabrication shop environment. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and work at one of the biggest fabrication shops in Bakersfield.
