  Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate structural construction activities related to the hull of the FPSO, including steel fabrication, outfitting, and integration. Ensure all work is executed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, procedures, and safety standards. Monitor contractor performance and progress, ensuring compliance with quality and schedule requirements. Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment. Interface with engineering, planning, QA/QC, and HSE teams to resolve technical and construction issues. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in structural supervision, with at least 3 years on FPSO projects. Strong knowledge of hull structure, offshore fabrication standards, and classification society requirements. Familiar with international codes and standards (API, AWS, ISO, etc.).
