We are seeking a skilled Structure Mechanic to join our team in Piney Flats, TN. Role Overview:
As a Structure Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing aeronautical accessories, performing sheet metal and composite repairs, fabricating mounting provisions, and modifying aircraft structures to meet rigorous safety and performance standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful completion of high-quality aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

Install aeronautical accessories and aftermarket kits

Perform sheet metal and composite repairs, modifications, and fabrications

Interpret and follow manufacturer drawings and instructions

Measure, drill, and modify aircraft structures without causing damage

Document work consistently and accurately

Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure quality standards

Assist with line crew duties as needed

Position Requirements:

Approximately 4 years of related experience

FAA Airframe Certification preferred (but not required)

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (kneeling, squatting, climbing)

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Pay Details: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
