Citibank, N.A. seeks a Structured Product Lead for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Support the full lifecycle of structured note products including idea generation to pricing, auction, execution and post-trade support. Provide accurate and speedy pricing using internal pricing systems. Conduct price auction of structured note trades across multiple external product providers to award the trade to the best possible outcome offered. Use market knowledge to ensure product providers’ pricing are within the market parameters. Ensure accuracy and reconciliation of order books. Identify opportunities to unwind notes to reduce risk and lock in gains. Track early redemptions and maturities of notes and ensure the desk is responsive for opportunities to recycle the investment. Use iCapital to aid management of outstanding population of structured notes. Perform platform development projects for implementation of new control frameworks to support regulatory and technological updates. Use Bloomberg to analyze real-time market data in order to explore investment ideas and to keep track of market trends in different asset classes. Support overall process enhancement efforts to scale and drive growth of the business. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Structured Products Analyst, Equity Derivatives Sales Analyst, Fixed Income Analyst, or related position involving pricing, auction, and execution of structured income products for global financial institutions. 5 years of experience must include: Market data analysis; Bloomberg; Structured notes pricing and pricing tools development; Conducting structured notes price auctions; Execution and booking of structured notes; Positioning and sales of structured notes; and Reporting and post-trade evaluation of structured notes.
