Join us at Barclays as a Structurer in the Sustainable-Finance IB Solutions team where you will be an integral member of the team developing and executing sustainable finance solutions across Markets and Banking. You will take a key role in structuring solutions, building understanding across the investment bank, preparing materials and contributing to appropriate governance and controls.
To be successful as a Structurer in the Solutions team you should have experience in:
Solutions/structuring roles, preferably across multiple products and asset classes, ideally with some experience of equity derivatives and structured products. Sustainability and sustainable finance, or a demonstrable interest in these areas and/or activities and technologies relevant to the transition to a low-carbon economyCommunicating with clarity and an ability to convert technical expertise and content into meaningful and commercial advice for clients and internal partnersSome other highly valued skills include:

Accountabilities
