Summary: Develop and release structural vehicle hardware designs for hull and turret systems from concept through prototype build, integration, and verification.
Job Requirements
10+ years of experience developing and releasing technical designs on a vehicle program
CAD modeling experience using NX or Creo
Advanced GD&T application experience
Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) methods
Experience taking designs from concept/paper to physical hardware and integrating at subsystem and system levels
Experience developing structural hardware with welding requirements and techniques
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Teamcenter (PLM)
Experience supporting prototype-to-production transitions for structural assemblies
Experience coordinating design releases (models, drawings/prints, ECNs/ECRs)
Job Responsibilities
Develop detailed structural hardware concepts for vehicle hull and turret structures using Creo and NX
Collaborate with drafting resources to mature concepts into production-ready models and drawings
Oversee release of hardware models and prints in accordance with configuration control requirements
Provide manufacturing support for fabrication and integration of designed hardware onto prototypes and/or production platforms
Support testing and verification activities for developed hardware, including design updates based on results
Participate in RCCA investigations and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues found on prototypes or production hardware
Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
