The approximately 9-mile project will add two non-tolled high-occupancy vehicle managed lanes in each direction along I-35 from U.S. 290 West/State Highway 71/Ben White Boulevard to State Highway 45 Southeast. Fluor’s scope includes a combination of at-grade and elevated lanes in the median, reconstruction of bridges and frontage roads, the addition of a shared-use pedestrian and bicycle path, and enhanced safety and mobility improvements. This position provides technical support to craft and supervision on the project. Also supports Quality by providing Quality oversight in their daily activities, as required. • Perform construction engineering work requiring application of standard construction engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria in performing a sequence of related construction engineering tasks • Assist craftsmen and foreman with regard to construction-related issues identified on drawings • Perform surveillance/examinations, if required, to ensure that the Quality objectives are being met for the project • Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines • Other duties as assigned Job ID: 148004BR City: Buda State: Texas Country: United States We are an equal opportunity employer.
