**Job Title: Structures Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Structures Mechanic to work on CRJ 700's and Embraer 145's. This role involves heavy maintenance (C and D checks) and interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft, reducing the seating from 70 to 50 by expanding first and business class. Additionally, you will perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) on CRJ 900's. **Responsibilities** + Perform heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on CRJ 700's and Embraer 145's. + Execute interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft to adjust seat configurations. + Conduct MRO on CRJ 900's. + Read and interpret blueprints and drawings on tablets. + Maintain safety and quality standards during voluntary and unlimited overtime. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience as a Structures Mechanic, preferably in MRO. + Proficiency with CRJ 700 and Embraer 145 aircraft. + Experience with Part 121 and heavy maintenance (C and D checks). + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings on tablets. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with assembly, such as LMI or Spirit Aerosystems, is considered. + Preferred experience in Part 121 and MRO environments. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment with numerous benefits.
