Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing aircraft, as well as removing and installing components. The technician will fabricate, modify, and perform structural repairs, assist with damage inspections, document work, and operate ground support equipment. The role requires teamwork, flexibility for overtime, and collaboration to meet deadlines. **Qualifications:** + 0-2 years of experience in structural sheet metal repair or a related field. + Completion of A/C Technician school or equivalent training. + Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and communicate effectively. + Basic hand tools, tool inventory control, and PC skills. + Ability to work overtime and in inclement weather. + Ability to obtain necessary qualifications and security badges. **Ready to elevate your career?
