Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Fuel blendingLogistics (pipeline, rail, and truck)Value Chain PlanningData Collection and AnalysisCollecting and analyzing data for the Daily Operating PlanSupporting the initial stages of planning for capital investment projectsTesting and modeling stream and tank samples to improve laboratory efficiency and minimize product giveawayOversee gasoline blending functions, ensuring alignment with pipeline schedules and truck rack demandPrepare and deliver presentations to summarize project progress and contributionsParticipate in daily refinery operations meetings, monitor refinery blends, prepare blending reports, and contribute to team updates

Qualifications 

Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship for this role will not be providedAvailable to begin work on or around May 5th, 2025Currently enrolled in an Engineering program, specifically Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil

Education 

Must be enrolled in an Engineering Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work termCandidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities

Safety Sensitive

This may be a safety-sensitive role, and you will also be required to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during required work hoursFurthermore, you will also be required to pass the pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol assessment requirements
