The City of Lexington will operate 6 public pools in the Summer of 2025. The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of their assigned public pool, ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for patrons. This role involves managing seasonal staff, maintaining proper pool water chemistry and filtration systems, handling financial reporting, scheduling employees, providing staff training, enforcing pool rules, and assisting with facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of working weekends, holidays, and undergoing necessary trainings.
