Werkstudent – Verhuur Kantoren – Cushman & Wakefield, Amsterdam

Ben jij energiek, leergierig en wil je alles leren over het verhuren van kantoorruimte in de Amsterdamse markt? Voor ons Kantoorverhuurteam zijn we op zoek naar een werkstudent die ons team ondersteunt in het hele verhuurproces — van marktanalyse tot bezichtigingen — en die op termijn mogelijk wil doorgroeien binnen Cushman & Wakefield.

Wat ga je doen?
Als werkstudent draai je mee in het dynamische werkveld van kantoorverhuur. Je ondersteunt het team bij het voorbereiden van presentaties, het bijhouden van het actuele aanbod en het verwerken van transacties. Je bereidt  klantafspraken voor en denk je actief mee over het positioneren van kantoorpanden in de markt.

Je leert hoe een verhuurproces van A tot Z verloopt, werkt nauw samen met onze verhuuradviseurs en krijgt inzicht in de commerciële afwegingen die bij transacties komen kijken. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag analyseer je de marktvraag, de andere dag sta je met een collega op locatie bij een bezichtiging.

We zoeken bij voorkeur iemand die in de afrondende fase van zijn of haar studie zit, met de ambitie om na het afstuderen verder te groeien binnen de commerciële vastgoedwereld — misschien zelfs binnen ons team.

Wat breng je mee?

Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van vastgoed, economie, bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar;Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk;Je hebt interesse in commercieel vastgoed en wil graag leren van ervaren professionals;Goed met excel en powerpointJe spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, en kunt je goed redden in het Engels.

Working Student - Letting Offices - Cushman & Wakefield, Amsterdam

Are you energetic, eager to learn and want to learn all about leasing office space in the Amsterdam market? For our Office Letting team we are looking for a working student to support our team in the entire letting process - from market analysis to viewings - and who might eventually want to grow within Cushman & Wakefield.

What will you do?

As a working student, you will rotate into the dynamic field of office leasing. You will support the team in preparing presentations, keeping track of current offerings and processing transactions. You will prepare client appointments and actively participate in positioning office properties in the market.

You will learn how a leasing process runs from A to Z, work closely with our leasing advisors and gain insight into the commercial considerations involved in transactions. No two days are the same: one day you will analyze the market demand, the next day you will be on site with a colleague at a viewing.

We are preferably looking for someone who is in the final stages of his or her studies, with the ambition to grow further within the commercial real estate world after graduation - perhaps even within our team.

What do you bring?

- You are pursuing a college or university degree in real estate, economics, business administration or similar;

- You are proactive, accurate and communicatively strong;

- You have an interest in commercial real estate and are eager to learn from experienced professionals;

- Good with excel and powerpoint

- You speak and write Dutch fluently, and can manage well in English.
