The Student Activities Programming Board is responsible for creating and
executing large scale events and traditions on campus. All members of SAPB
contribute to this process.
Expectations and
Responsibilities:
- Preparation for and mindful participation in weekly team meetings
Participation in a retreat each semester
- Mandatory office hours for 3 hours per week
- Presence at all events unless previously discussed with supervisor
- Professionalism in communication, punctuality, and time management
- Event pre-planning including but not limited to brainstorming, vendor
communication, gathering resources, hanging posters, social media post,
and making promotional materials
- Event execution including but not limited to physical set up and break
down
Hours
and Compensation:
SAPB coordinators payments are made Bi-Weekly $10/hr. for a total of
75hr/semester.
SAPB coordinators will hold
office hours each week as well as attend recurring meetings and special
events.
Requirements:
Must be a full-time student.
Students should maintain at least 2.5 semester and cumulative GPA.
