Student Activities Programming Board (SAPB) - Student Coordinator

The Student Activities Programming Board is responsible for creating and executing large scale events and traditions on campus. All members of SAPB contribute to this process. 
 
Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Preparation for and mindful participation in weekly team meetings Participation in a retreat each semester 
- Mandatory office hours for 3 hours per week 
- Presence at all events unless previously discussed with supervisor 
- Professionalism in communication, punctuality, and time management 
- Event pre-planning including but not limited to brainstorming, vendor communication, gathering resources,   hanging posters, social media post, and making promotional materials 
- Event execution including but not limited to physical set up and break down 

Hours and Compensation: 
SAPB coordinators payments are made Bi-Weekly $10/hr. for a total of 75hr/semester. 
SAPB coordinators will hold office hours each week as well as attend recurring meetings and special events. 

Requirements: 
Must be a full-time student. Students should maintain at least 2.5 semester and cumulative GPA.
