This is where our combined IT expertise comes together, with team members ensuring that all of our employees have access to our digital technologies, our IT services are cutting-edge, our IT infrastructure is continuously expanded, and innovative apps are developed and launched—all while keeping our data safe and secure.

What You'll Do

As a Student Assistant, you'll support the IT Service Team in our Stuttgart office, starting in April. Your tasks will include helping to install and configure notebooks with Windows operating systems and smartphones with iOS. You'll take care of IT equipment in the offices and support video conferences, and assisting with repairs, database maintenance, and storage organization will also be among your tasks.

You have an independent, conscientious, and structured working style.You're reliable and ready to jump when needed.You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong service mentality.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)

You are enrolled as a full-time student.You communicate competently and professionally in German and have a good knowledge of English.You are familiar with Windows 10 and standard Microsoft Office applications.

You'll support and work closely with our responsible IT staff on-site.
