Ready to make a real impact as a Student Assistant in Business Process Improvement at our HQ in Ballerup?

In your role as a Student Assistant for Business Process Improvement in Global Operations, you will contribute significantly to refining our processes and supporting our strategy at our headquarters in Ballerup. This role is suited for students who aspire to acquire real-world insights in a global context while balancing their education. You will have the chance to engage in administrative responsibilities, manage your own projects, and contribute to the establishment and implementation of operational frameworks.

The team you will be a part of

GN Global Operations aims to optimize operational practices and enhance performance across our organization. We operate in a global, technical and commercial environment where our key professional profiles typically include engineers and supply chain management experts. We are searching for an engaged student assistant to join our Business Process team and participate in our projects focused on process standardization, performance management, and strategy establishment.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Assist in the standardization of processes across departments to improve efficiency.

Support performance management activities, including data collection and managing dashboards and reports.

Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Take charge of your own initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and in line with the goals set by the team.

Assist in creating operational frameworks, focusing on clarifying governance, meeting, and documentation structures.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across R&D and the entire operations value chain, to gather insights and feedback.

Carry out additional tasks as requested.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you

Are enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines).

Have skilled analytical and problem-solving skills

Have effective written and verbal communication capabilities

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential)

Can manage one's own tasks efficiently and collaboratively within a team

Possess a keen interest in acquiring new knowledge

In GN, our Student Assistants typically work 15-20 hours a week. We value flexibility and will collaborate with you to ensure your working hours complement your studies.
