In the role as Student Assistant in Digital, Data & IT (DDI) you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will report to DDI Strategy Manager, Benjamin Askerud-Guttmann, and together you will work closely with the DDI leadership team to define and develop the strategic direction of DDI. You will collaborate with a diverse group of leaders and experts from various areas across DDI and GN, aiding in the development of strategy and executive communication.
The team you will be part of
As a part of the Digital, Data, and IT (DDI) department at GN, you will live in a constantly changing world, and in DDI Strategy & Governance, we seek to ensure that DDI and GN are constantly equipped to manage and thrive in changing environments.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Assist with preparing, coordinating, and facilitating meetings and workshops
Design and build presentation material for strategy development and implementation processes, primarily in PowerPoint
Develop effective communication material with clear storylines for senior leadership
Assist in organizing and gathering contributions for DDI’s monthly Executive Brief, highlighting the “state of the nation” for leaders throughout GN
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:
Are likely in the final year of your undergraduate studies with a proven academic track record
Possess strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, as well as an eye for visual design
Are familiar with working in Microsoft PowerPoint
Enjoy problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment

In GN, our Student Assistants typically work 15-20 hours a week. We value flexibility and will collaborate with you to ensure your working hours complement your studies.
