Duties will be assigned according to personal skills and knowledge related to performance of responsibilities. + Complete data entry for various community outreach and engagement programs under the auspice of the Vice President for Outreach and Community Engagement. + Assist with community outreach and engagement event and meeting logistics and planning. + Upload and/or scan documentation via various platforms associated with OOCE programs and operations. + Assist with upkeep of supply storage and supply inventory for various programs associated with OOCE programs and operations. + Assist with graphic design work for OOCE brochures, announcements, and other marketing materials targeted and distributed to internal or external audiences. + Assist with website updates, event calendars, and or social media content creation as needed for community outreach and engagement events and activities. + Assist with community faculty recruitment operations, event planning, and meetings. + Complete any special projects assigned to and given by supervisor within designated deadlines. + Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution. + Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes. + Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork).
