Student Assistant - Global Sales & Aftermarket Transformation - INDUSTRY Job Description **Would you like to learn about Global Sales and Aftermarket Transformation practices in one of the largest Danish manufacturing companies while building invaluable skills to support your career after the studies?** In Grundfos INDUSTRY Global Sales and Aftermarket Transformation Team, we are looking for a student assistant to support us in driving minor analysis and reporting projects as well as supporting on transforming data into appealing presentations. You will join a global team, all working within Global Sales and Aftermarket Transformation serving the Industry sales regions and customers globally. More specifically, you will be working in our ‘Global Sales Excellence & PMO‘. **Driving small projects and supporting on management processes, presentations etc.** In this position, you will be assisting in making sure we support our sales regions with solid management information and deliver reports and analysis in a timeline manner as well as support/drive ad hoc projects or management presentations. This includes working with: • Supporting on the monthly reporting that goes out to our sales regions • Supporting the Global Sales Excellence & PMO Team with analysis or presentation material, often in Excel and/or PowerPoint • Driving various projects (e.g., development of PowerBI dashboards, building and maintaining SharePoint sites etc – depending on your profile and interest) • Ad hoc planning tasks and support of the department We expect you to be interested and willing to learn new skills as some of areas you will be working with are rarely taught at school. **Student confident in large data analysis in Excel and with a sharp eye for transforming data into an appealing visual presentation format** You are studying a degree in business administration, finance, strategy, economics or engineering with at least 1.5 year left of your program. It is important that you are confident in how to structure and analyze data and are used to working in Excel and PowerPoint. Moreover, it is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with SharePoint and MS Teams. You are not afraid of challenging yourself and you can quickly acquire new knowledge and convert into practice. Lastly, it is a requirement that you can speak and write English fluently and that you are willing to work 1-2 full days a week at our Bjerringbro office or from your home office. **Why Grundfos?** At Grundfos, we dare to do things that others cannot or dare not do.
