Student Assistant Group Communication

Our team is in search of a creative, responsible, and motivated Student Assistant to support various exciting tasks in our Group Communication team, ranging from producing engaging content to assisting with communication initiatives and projects. We're looking for someone with a solid grasp of written English and a keen interest in corporate communication.

The team you will be part of:

GN Group is an innovation and technology leader with a unique portfolio of hearing, audio, video, and gaming solutions. By joining us, you will become an integral part of our team, collaborating with colleagues who listen to one another and to our customers, challenge one another and explore new possibilities while continually evolving ourselves and our industry.

Our Group Communication team, based in our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, is responsible for all internal communication, corporate brand, and external corporate media. We work closely with colleagues in our different business divisions and with other corporate functions.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Crafting engaging content for our intranet (SharePoint), website, and social media channels

Assisting in project coordination and execution

Supporting brand asset management, including light graphical design

Basic photography and video tasks, including editing

Various media relations tasks – including supporting the external communication agenda on quarterly results and important media days

Other ad hoc tasks for the team

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

Are in the final year of bachelor’s or beginning of master’s in communication, branding, English, or related fields.

Are proficient English speaker and writer.

Exhibit a deep passion for communication and storytelling.

Will have an exciting opportunity to work with diverse colleagues globally, from senior management to fellow student assistants.

Are familiar with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and social media channels are beneficial.

Having a willingness to learn and develop is greatly appreciated.

Joining GN as a Student Assistant

In GN, our Student Assistants typically work 15-20 hours a week. We value flexibility and will collaborate with you to ensure your working hours complement your studies.

You also have the possibility to join the GN Students Network. This expansive network connects students from various departments and frequently hosts events like Friday happy hours, student lunches, and other engaging social activities.
