Smith Audio Visual is seeking 3 to 5 technicians for hourly positions responsible for instructional and collaborative ITAV technology support in Van Munching Hall College Park This position is responsible for supporting ITAV technology to faculty staff and students on site May include any andor all of the following Provide onsite and virtual technical support to the Faculty Staff and Students to include all AV Audio Visual systems proactively monitor technical aspects of classroom and computer lab activity and WEPA printing Provide incident management ticket system which includes accurate and timely processing of incidents problems inquiries change and service requests provide technical support and setup of special events held at College Park Support of faculty staff and students on site
