Job Description

The Student Worker will assist Viking Food Co.’s Marketing Team in providing exceptional experiences through student engagement. Work as a team to reach sales goals and complete marketing projects that will increase business profitability and growth. Viking Food Co.’s Dine Ambassador is a champion, guardian, advocate, and ambassador of the brand.

 

Job Responsibilities Supports with marketing programs such as student orientation, event tabling, info tabling, and meal plan salesBuilds and maintains core relationships with peers to enhance customer satisfactionKeen understanding of how to leverage marketing tactics at each touch point of the customer journeyImplementing of marketing initiatives to include customer satisfaction surveys, price audits, mystery shopping, pop-up events, signage needs, and more.Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work tasksAbility to respond quickly to issues at hand with a resolution while maintaining composure

 This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
