Must be available to work at least 3 days per week during spring, summer, and fall semesters.
Responsibilities include assisting with: Communicating logistics for professional development trainings Creating visually appealing informative materials such as course flyers, guides, and social media content Managing the CICA LinkedIn page Daily monitoring of the CICA email inbox and updating the CICA calendar Building and maintaining registration forms Performing administrative support and training preparation duties as needed
This position is based in the Beto Criminal Justice Center in Huntsville, TX. CICA professional development trainings are hosted at various locations, including SHSU The Woodlands Campus. However, travel on course days is optional and not required for this position.
