CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Promote and preserve the mission of LECOM; + Act in a friendly, professional manner when dealing with faculty, students and visitors at all times; + Maintain confidentiality, professional appearance and pleasant demeanor; + Student will: + Be physically present on campus for a weekly didactic session; + Be responsible to develop and implement a community project to benefit the local community; + Submit weekly journals, a final paper and related poster that summarizes the experience; + Weekly time sheets will be submitted to the Director for review and approval; and Accept other duties as needed / assigned to create an efficient and effective learning experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Education and experience equivalent to: being a current LECOM student in the MS1 or DPM program, with a LECOM grade point average as approved by the Director of the program and the Associate Dean of Pre-Clinical Education. Updated vaccinations (including COVID-19) are a requirement for the position. Proof of vaccination may be required by the partnership facilities.
