Our blended approach of online lessons with robust embedded coaching helps expand districts capacity to meet the urgent need to support student wellbeing and mental health.  Using the latest analytics tools and processes, we’re able to maximize our offerings and deliver unparalleled service and support.  We are seeking an empathetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Student Engagement Manager, focusing on supporting students in an asynchronous online learning environment. The Student Engagement Manager will play a critical role in enhancing student participation, interaction, and overall engagement in our online programs. This position requires a passion for student success, excellent written communication skills, strong data analytics, and the ability to creatively engage students in a virtual, asynchronous setting.  Objectives and responsibilities of this role:  Drive strong student engagement metrics in order to meet student KPIs. Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets to enhance online learning experience.  Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data. Develop and implement strategies to maintain, restore, and improve student engagement, participation, and outcomes in EmpowerU programs.  Engage students through strong written communication skills Collaborate with coaching, account, and product teams to ensure continuity and full wrap around support to students and educators.  Share engagement data and interpretations with internal and external stakeholders.  Stay current with emerging technologies and online tools to facilitate student engagement and collaboration and provide training and support to the team utilizing the strategies as needed.   Required skills and qualifications:  Experience working in online education or student support services, specifically with students that struggle with motivation, participation, and mental health barriers. Proficiency in understanding and tailoring motivational strategies across diverse developmental stages and age ranges (pre-k through adult) Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.  Exceptional written communication skills to drive student progress with accountability and support. Strong understanding of asynchronous online learning principles and best practices. Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students in building resilience and becoming self-directed learners.  Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of students from diverse backgrounds.  Strong initiation, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. A familiarity with data privacy acts especially the Children’s Internet Privacy Act. Ability to work fully remote, organizing and prioritizing many changing tasks throughout the day and communicating efficiently with stakeholders. Preferred skills and qualifications:  Experience with student learners Experience with Excel, WordPress, LearnDash, HubSpot, PowerBi. Experience or interest in visual media (Canva, Adobe, video editing)   Work environment:  Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible hours Location: This position is remote
