Join our team as a Student Experience Records Coordinator and help us ensure that every student's journey is smooth, seamless, and successful.
As the Student Experience Records Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for students interacting with the Student Services, Employment, or Financial Aid departments. You'll be the master record keeper, ensuring that all student records are accurate, up to date, and in compliance with accreditation standards. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will keep our student services running efficiently!
What We Offer:
$19.50 - $20.75 per hourWeekends OFFPaid TrainingFREE Tuition for you AND your Immediate FamilyMedical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance/STD & LTD Insurance401K, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off Responsibilities Ensure student records are complete and compliant with state and accreditation standards.Monitor and direct student traffic for multiple departments.Process and maintain accurate student files, including scanning and linking documents.Assist with graduation preparations, from ordering gowns to printing diplomas and programs.Generate and distribute reports for students and departments. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED requiredExperience: 2 years of customer service and administrative experience; 2 years of file management or auditing experienceSkillsStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with basic computing and word processing applicationsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay detail-oriented
